Whether a life story, or a specific event, the story is eloquently written and presented chronologically in a book and/or with music and images creating an immersive experience beyond just the written word.
HERO’S JOURNEY
APPROACH No. 2
Told in the most artistic way, your experience is portrayed in its symbolic form, highlighting the challenges faced and wisdom gained, so the story arc validates, documents, and honours the journey.
FOCUSED
APPROACH No. 3
An important message to share with a loved one in private, or a global issue you care to share with the world, delivered so creatively the viewer cannot help but be utterly moved to see it from your view.
SENIORS
APPROACH No. 4
For Seniors being interviewed in person, there is immeasurable value in knowing that s/he is involved in an important project, that they have a schedule of visits planned, they have a rewarding activity to prepare for. The time spent being interviewed can involve walks and a chance to build rapport, warmth, and an opportunity to think about and tell their stories to someone who is there just for them. Reassurance that what has mattered to them most in their lives will be recorded and kept for future generations is a show of respect everyone should get in their lifetime.
Ateliers in Person
Working with groups whether in retirement communities, schools, or one-to-one, we bring out the stories within through creative projects like painting, writing, or even jewelry-making. The process is deeply gratifying, personal, and therapeutic.
When working with children, they write about their own lives and experiences, or create pieces of art based on educational subjects, all with a professional writer and artist.
We can process the past, make wishes for the future, or decide on cultural themes.
Rates are entirely customised either per hour or per project. No project is too large or too small.
